We aim to ship all stock orders within 24 hours, and if possible on the day you order.Made to measure orders have longer lead-times which are clearly stated on the product pages.We will email you when we despatch - if by FedEx and within the UK, then that email should include tracking details.Shipping costs depend on the size of a parcel and its weight. We use Royal Mail first class parcel where possible.Royal Mail's parcel pricing means that a first-class parcel weighing more than two miserable kilos - including the packaging - is now more expensive than using a carrier. Shame really. We see no point in Royal Mail second class.
Royal Mail Parcel First Class is the first option for small items. This is NOT a "signed-for" service. FedEx Next Day is the second option. This IS a "signed-for" service.
